Monty

Monty is a 3 year old male Cross-Breed living in Scarborough, UK. Let me introduce Monty and tell you a little about him… He arrived in a home here in the UK as a small cute boy, and it seemed like his forever home. It wasn’t meant to be; it lasted a while, and he started to grow up and it just didn’t work anymore. We had to act quickly, and he ended up in a shelter in Blackpool. This boy just needed someone to see past his size and the fact he hadn’t really been fully socialised. He spent a few months in shelter and even met his brother there. Eventually, he ended up getting a foster placement with an amazing lady with bags of experience. He has settled as part of her pack, even down to living with a little doggie with disabilities. It hasn’t always been perfect. He is very food-led and likes to bench surf; this is something that will need lots more work. He has had an argument or two with the other doggies, but let’s be honest, while dogs are finding a pecking order, this can happen. He loves his walks, as you can see from the pics, and has lots of doggie friends on those walks. His foster truly has done all with him that he should have had when he was younger. Now let’s find this boy a happy ever after like he deserves and help free his foster to help another. Given Monty’s size and energy, he needs a home without young children and with experienced owners. Monty loves routine and would make a great addition to a home that can provide him with the structure he loves.
